Location & Building: - 11th floor (top floor) of the newly built The Brick complex with balcony and great views - Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and bars nearby Apartment Features: - 28m² 1 br 1 bathroom - Washer/dryer combo machine in bathroom - Good size kitchen (with all amenities) - Balcony with glass doors - Wi-Fi, water, electricity, and heating included Transportation: - 7 minute walk to either Telefonplan or Midsommarkransen subway stations - Midsommarkransen is one station away from Liljeholmen where you can acess various buses, the tram, as well as the airport bus to Arlanda - T-Centralen is 20 minutes away Nearby Amenities: - Gyms: SATS at Telefonplan, STC is just 200m away - ICA Supermarket and Coop both 5 minutes walking distance - Restaurants with Thai food, Indian food, Japaneese, burgers, bread bakeries etc around the corner I prefer one tenant for the full two months, but I'm open to discussing shorter or longer stays if needed.
