Hi everyone, I will be renting out a room in my apartment in Kärrtorp (5min from subway), from end of Jan/beginning Feb-around June but short term or longer is possible. It is empty on the pictures, as I am just moving into the apartment next week myself, but I will put a bed and a table, built in closet is already there. Kitchen, living room with balcony and bathroom will be shared. There is a supermarket close by and Nackareservatet which is a nice area for hiking and swimming. I am a 44 years old women so older folks is welcome. Women preferred. I am originally from Germany and speak English, German, Swedish and French.
