Liten vindsvåning (Text in English below.) Vi hyr ut en mindre vindslägenhet (separat del av vår lägenhet) med snedtak och två stora fönster mot himlen. Den är på fjärde våningen (hiss till 3:e våningen) och har egen ingång. Grundmöblering finns med säng, köksbord, stolar och litet trinettkök. Köksutrustning får man komplettera med själv utifrån behov. Stort badrum med badkar. Björkhagen ligger strax utanför tullarna och det är ca 5 min promenad till T-banestation och ca 15 min med tunnelbana till T-centralen. Litet centrum med Coop, bibliotek, pizzeria etc och ungefär lika nära till Kärrtorps centrum. Sörmlandsleden börjar i Björkhagen och skog och natur är alldeles inpå knuten. Ca 20 min promenad till närmaste badsjö. Nära till centrala Stockholm och nära till naturen! A perfect commuter/expat apartment! We rent a small attic apartment (separate part of our apartment) with sloping ceilings and two large windows facing the sky. It is on the fourth floor (elevator to the 3rd floor) and has a separate entrance. Basic furniture is available, there is a bed in what you could call bedroom/ living room part. There is a kitchen table in the kitchen are and a kitchenette is installed. Kitchen equipment may be supplemented by yourself based on your needs. There is large bathroom with bath tub. Björkhagen is just outside the city center and it´s about 5 minutes’ walk to the subway station and about 15 minutes by subway to the city center (T-centralen). Björkhagen has a small business center with Coop, library, pizzeria etc and about as close to Kärrtorps business center. The Sörmland trail starts in Björkhagen and forest and nature are just around the corner. About 20 min walk to the nearest swimming lake. Something of a perfect commuter/expat apartment!
